Machine Body Structure: The complete machine (base and bed) is made of natural marble, featuring permanent deformation resistance, excellent vibration absorption, temperature insensitivity, high machining precision and stable high-speed operation. Sheet metal components adopt stainless steel, which resists acid, alkali and corrosion without rusting permanently.

Dustproof System: Critical precision components including ball screws and guides are fitted with water & dustproof devices with secondary-level protection.
Coolant Circulation System: Equipped with 3-stage filtration and 2-stage sedimentation filtration system. It optimizes cooling performance for workpieces and cutters, effectively filtering impurities from recycled cutting fluid and reducing surface roughness caused by impurity splashing.
Full Enclosed Machine Cover: Greatly reduces splashing of cutting fluid during processing.
Upgraded Protective Structure: Fully safeguards core parts such as linear guides, ball screws, bearings and motors.
